How to File a DMCA Notice

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled.
- Take reasonable steps to contact the user if possible.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or as a result of misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated DMCA Agent containing the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material previously appeared (e.g., a URL).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court (i) in the judicial district where your address is located, or (ii) in the Federal District Court where the Designated DMCA Agent is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will:
- Promptly provide the complainant with a copy of the counter-notification.
- Inform the complainant that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access within 10 business days unless the complainant files an action seeking a court order to restrain the activity.
- Replace the material or cease disabling access within 10-14 business days after receiving the counter-notification, unless we receive notice that a court action has been filed.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Radio Studies Portal maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Site or take other actions as deemed necessary to prevent further infringement.
